Former swimmer parents that want to swim in the relay tonight against the college kids, sign up when you arrive at the meet! Don’t forget your swimsuit/goggles!

Friday - LAST regular practice this summer! You will be notified on Sunday if chosen for Champs. Only swimmers chosen for Champs will practice next week!

The FR diving coach will be at MSC on Monday from 1-230 and Thursday 1-3 for diving well instruction. This is optional & for those interested in diving!
