We wanted to send an email to explanation the process that occurred tonight at Haymaker. When there is rain, thunder, etc it is the pool manager, along with the head coaches, who decide what we will do. Haymaker and MSC initially agreed to wait the 30 minutes for a thunder delay. However, after more thunder and harder rain moved in, the pool manager made the decision to cancel the meet. Since tonight was a non-divisional meet, we will not have to reschedule. We truly appreciate everyone staying and sitting during the rain until a final decision was made. 

Tomorrow at practice we will try and do a simulated relay event during each practice so the swimmers can get a feel for how meets will go. Thanks again and please reach out with any questions.
