Great job last night Blue Wave swimmers!!!

You had a commanding win over Garden City! 

The first meet of the season can be chaotic, so thank you to our volunteers (official and unofficial) that helped us pull off the event! Especially those that helped clean up and stepped in to help concessions when we needed it the most!

We saw a lot of nervous kiddos overcome their fears and try something new; we saw some older kids get new personal records; and we saw everyone having a great time melting in the heat, cheering on their swimmer!

Two important bits of information:

1) Ed Eyles Meet - you should have received a SwimTopia email from Bill if you were selected to swim. Please check the attached roster in case not all siblings in a family were chosen.  REPORT TIME IS 7:45 am AT MEADOWINK. Warmups will start around 8:20 and the meet starts at 10. 

2) We have been notified by several parents that their previous declarations for meets in SwimTopia were not “sticking” when they went back to check. It looks like they did not sign up, when in fact they did. Please double check your sign-ups for all remaining meets for the season to assure your sign ups are correct!
